Tornado Watch
A tornado watch (yellow shaded area) has just been issued for a large portion of Indiana . Strong to severe storms will likely move across the area overnight. Some of these storms could produce tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds. At this time, eastern counties are not included in the watch. I'm not sure that the watch will be extended any further to the east though. After this morning's storms, skies did not clear and there was little to no sunshine during the day. Temperatures remained in the mid to upper 60's all afternoon. However, further west, the sun did break through the clouds adding some energy to the atmosphere.
