First Week of January

The weather has been incredibly warm for the first week of January. It's been quite wet too. The most uncharacteristic feature however, has been the warmth. Already some trees are beginning to bud while the daffodils and peonys are popping their heads out of the ground. We may see our first light snowfall tonight when an Alberta Clipper is heading down and is expected to drop up to an inch of snow.
