Busy Hurricane Season Possible

The National Hurricane Center has come out with their annual hurricane season forecast. This year, they are predicting that there will be a 70% probability of the following...
*14-23 Named Storms (top winds of 39 mph or higher)
*8-14 Hurricanes (top winds of 74 mph or higher)
*3-7 Major Hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5; winds of at least 111 mph)

On average, there are 11 named storms (tropical storms and hurricanes) in the Atlantic basin.
